Customer proof

Proof from a 14-site heavy industrial contractor

Bremner Industrial & Infrastructure used SlabSignal to connect P6 .XER schedules, Procore daily logs, and Fieldwire capture images so Project Executives could see schedule slippage faster. Before SlabSignal, field issues often reached PX review 11–14 days after occurrence. Since February 2025, automated signal generation has reduced that notification lag to under 48 hours.

The platform doesn’t make the decision, but it eliminates the ‘information gap’ where my team was hiding bad news until it became unmanageable.

Workflow story

The steel lead-time variance

On a mixed-use high-rise project in Phoenix, SlabSignal connected a late submittal approval in Procore to a critical-path task in P6 and an updated delivery date from a vendor email parsed via OCR. The system generated: “Critical Path Slippage Risk: 8-Day Delay Predicted.” A Project Manager reviewed the evidence, found the vendor was waiting on one RFI clarification, and contacted the engineer. The RFI cleared within 4 hours; the vendor updated the delivery window; the project remained on schedule.
